Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, sterilized needles and inks cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
