What is your return policy on tattoo needles?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or tampered needle boxes. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
Are your pigments and inks authentic?
Absolutely. We source directly from authorized manufacturers to guarantee that every bottle of ink is 100% authentic, sterile, and within its expiration date.
